- 1/4 cup hemp protein (30g)
- 1 tbsp honey (20g)
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips (25g)
- 3 fresh eggs
1. Separate egg yolks from egg white. Whisk egg yolks with honey until egg yolks become pale and fluffy.
2. Melt chocolate and add to yolks. Add hem protein powder and chocolate chips.
3. Whip egg whites into stiff peaks.
4. Fold egg whites into chocolate-yolks mixture.
5. Place in the freezer for 1h30.
