- 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flakes
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Mix the ingredients together. Pour your choice of milk over the cereal and let it sit so the seeds get a little soft
